OFSM Release provides educational content, community access, templates, and resources related to OnlyFans Systems Management (OFSM). This includes course modules, a private community, document templates, scripts, SOPs, and live Q&A sessions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Access is provided on a subscription basis at the rate shown at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time and access continues until the end of the current period.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, failure to use the Service, dissatisfaction with results, or cancellation of membership. By purchasing access you agree to this policy in full.
You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute any course content or materials. You agree not to screenshot or record live sessions for distribution. You agree not to harass other community members or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal without notice.
All content within OFSM Release is the intellectual property of OFSM Release and Luca Delpiano. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own business purposes only. You may not reproduce or distribute any materials without written consent.
The Service is provided as-is. We make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome or result from participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OFSM Release and Luca Delpiano shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
